Perry Park Community Garage Sale May 12th & 13th

The Perry Park Community Garage Sale is Friday, May 12th and Saturday, May 13th.  9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day

To register for the garage sale please phone or text – Craig Van Doorn at 918-697-9751

We have to prepare a map of each location and prepare signs for main intersections to get people directed to the streets that have sales. We will need approximately 25 signs at main intersections. These main intersection signs will be a stick man with a T-shirt with GARAGE SALE on it and pointing toward a garage sale street. Each garage sale will have to supply their own signs to get potential customers to their own sale. In order to accomplish this we will be asking for a $5.00 registration fee to pay for the cost of maps and materials for the main signs. Donations of shirts and wood will be accepted immediately. Some of the local realtors and businesses are willing to become sponsors also and some real estate open houses have been booked and will occur during the sale to bring more people into the area.

Approval for the signs was given Thursday evening by the Perry Park Metro Board. All signs need to be picked up by the end of May 14. For items that don’t sell, the Perry Park Junk Dump is the falling weekend May 20. The Town of Larkspur will allow advertising of the event on their electronic sign and on their website. Because of advertising deadlines, each garage sale will have to be registered by April 19.

Again, to register call or text Craig at 918-697-9751.

Maps to each garage sale will be provided at the entrance to Perry Park on May 12th and 13th.
